Please join us for an immersive Bootcamp focusing on hospitality and the practical skills used in both preparation for Court of Master Sommeliers exams and in every day sommelier work on the floor. The course will focus on theory, tasting, and service. Participants will be given the opportunity to walk through all parts of the Court of Master Sommelier’s Certified Exam with experienced members of the Atlanta Sommelier community. There will be a service demonstration by Eric Crane. Blind tasting will be written and feedback will be provided on all wines. Service practice will give each student exposure to many scenarios and have a chance to ask questions. There will be a mock written exam with a scoring session afterwards.
